Guided Self Help Service
Are you struggling with moderate anxiety, depression or stress? Perhaps our Guided Self-Help service could help.
We use a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based approach to supporting people and our experienced practictioners will work with you one to one.
If this sounds like the right service to you, just head to your GP and ask for a referral.
Christmas Charity Festival
We are looking for runners and walkers (budding santas and elves welcome) to take part and raise sponsorship for Health in Mind.
There is something for everyone, with a 10k Walk on Saturday and 5k and 10k runs on Sunday.
