We are currently looking to fill the following role:
Guided Self Help Service
Are you struggling with moderate anxiety, depression or stress? Perhaps our Guided Self-Help service could help.
We use a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based approach to supporting people and our experienced practictioners will work with you one to one.
If this sounds like the right service to you, just head to your GP and ask for a referral.
New look Edspace!Edspace is Edinburgh’s online source of mental health and wellbeing information, including local services, self-help materials, local news and events and much more! Originally launched in 2006, the site is managed by Health in Mind. We have recently updated and revamped the website, making Edspace easier to use and accessible on smart devices like tablets and mobile phones.See more at www.edspace.org.uk
