  • Walk with Health in Mind

When: Sunday 19 February 2017

Where: Holyrood Park, Edinburgh

A excellent chance to help raise funds and awareness for mental health, and celebrate the fact that Spring is just around the corner.  A gentle 5k round Arthur's Seat, this will be the perfect day out for all the family.  More details to follow.

  • Meadows Marathon

When: Sunday 5 March 2017

Where: The Meadows, Edinburgh

A great event that offers a range of distances (5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Full Marathon).  All the courses are circuits of the Meadows, so are flat and fast.  Great to do as a team, or enter as an individual.  Registration is between £16-£47.50 and indicate you are raising for Health in Mind as your charity.

  • Edinburgh Marathon Festival - FREE CHARITY PLACES AVAILABLE

When: Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 May 2017

Where: Edinburgh

One of the best events in the calendar, the festival offers a range of distances from 5k up to the full marathon - so if you are an experienced runner or a complete beginner, this is definitely the event for you.  There is also the fantastic Hairy Haggis Relay, which you can run as a team of four!  The routes are picturesque, and there is always an incredible crowd of people cheering you on, so everyone has a great day.   We have a good team of runners taking part for Health in Mind, so you wouldn't be on your own, and we will be cheering you on the day.

  • Scottish Half Marathon and 10k - FREE CHARITY PLACES AVAILABLE

When: Sunday 24 September 2017

Where: Tranent and Musselburgh

The half marathon starts from Meadowmill Sports Centre near Tranent.  It then takes in the magnificent Golf coast before finishing at Musselburgh Racecourse. The course is flat and fast and great for getting a personal best! And New for 2016, the 10k starts at Musselburgh racecourse and then follows the final section of the Scottish Half Marathon route along the coast before finishing at the racecourse. This course is also intended to be run at a fast pace!

  • Mens 10k Edinburgh - FREE CHARITY PLACES AVAILABLE

When: Sunday 5 November 2017

Where: Lawnmarket, Edinburgh

Started just 10 years ago, this event aims to raise awareness of men’s health issues, and it has grown to have around 4,000 men taking part. And don’t be put off if you’ve never entered a running event – less than half of those taking part have not. So whether you want to get fit, or you just want to do something different, this is the challenge for you.  For more information please click here.

  • Supernova – Kelpies 5K **BOOKS UP QUICKLY**

When: 2017 dates TBC

Where: Helix Park, Falkirk

This is an excellent event suitable for all. Fancy dress is encouraged (and the more it glows in the dark, the better), there are no time limits, the only aim is to light up the iconic Kelpies and make them look spectacular for a night, and everyone from experienced runners to those who just want to stroll with the family are encouraged.
