Information Resource Centre

Our Information Resource Centre holds reference books, self help literature and fact files on many issues relating to mental health and wellbeing. If you're looking for recent press articles and adverts relating to Health in Mind or any related organisations and services, you'll find them under our press and articles section.


If you're interested in mental health policy and research, details on research that Health in Mind has been involved in, including recent reports from the Equally Connected project, are found in our research section.

Information Afternoons

Every month, we hold information afternoons, usually at our head offices on Shandwick Place. If you’re interested in mental health, they’re free to attend and open to anyone including those using our services, carers, mental health professionals. Find out more here, or at Edspace events.

Each of our services has a full A5 leaflet available in paper form, but they are all also online to view here.
