SERVICE USER SURVEY 2018 RESULTS

A huge thank you to the many people who took the time to complete and return our annual survey. The survey results were collected from April 2018 to December 2018.

Feedback is essential to us to be able to measure quality and performance; ensuring our current services are meeting the needs of the people using them as well as identifying where we can develop and improve them.

Overview of survey findings:

  • 95% of respondents agree or strongly agree that the Health in Mind service that they use responds well to their needs.
     
  • 97% of respondents agree or strongly agree that they feel listened to in the service they use.
     
  • 93% of respondents agree or strongly agree that the service they use is supporting them to achieve their goals.
     
  • 99% of respondents agree or strongly agree that their views and worries are taken seriously.
     
  • 90% of respondents agree or strongly agree that appointments are usually at a convienient time and place.
     
  • 100% of respondents agree or strongly agree that they would recommend our service to a friend.
     
  • 98% of respondents agree that the staff and volunteers in the service they use communicate effectively.
     
  • 88% of respondents agree or strongly agree that where they have shown or expressed an interest they have had opportunities to become involve with their service.
     
  • 95% of respondents agree or strongly agree that staff and volunteers know how to help them.
     
  • 95% of respondents agree or strongly agree that staff and volunteers are approachable in the service they use.
