Mental Health Information

We run a drop-in for mental health information every Thursday and Friday between 10am-12.30pm and 1.15pm-4pm, during which you are free to browse our library or request specific information. Alternatively, email or call the info-line above.

Please note that our office in Shandwick Place does not have a lift and is situated on the second and third floors. If you have restricted mobility, please contact us for further information and assistance.
