Listening spaces are peer-led, safe, non-judgemental groups where you can drop in to share how you’re feeling, learn how you look after your mental health, wellbeing and recovery, and learn from others with similar experiences.
We’ll listen with a compassionate and non-judgemental ear to whatever you want to talk about. We’re impartial and respect your confidentiality. We won’t provide advice or counselling.
You can chat individually with a peer volunteer and/or participate in our peer support group. For groups, discussions and activities will explore how the group looks after their mental health and wellbeing.
