Whether you’re looking for something to develop in your health and social care career or to support the mental health and wellbeing of your workforce, you can trust our experience, knowledge and shared learning to meet your needs.
Why use our training?
As one of Scotland’s most respected and experienced mental health organisations, we have a unique perspective which is highlighted through our training offer. Much of our training and resources has been developed with people who have lived experience of mental health problems.
The lasting effect of the pandemic continues to impact many people and communities across Scotland, with ongoing support needed for those experiencing difficulties with their mental health and wellbeing. There’s also increasing recognition of the prevalence and impact of trauma on people’s lives – but much more needs to be done.
By choosing our training you are developing your own skills and experience, those of the teams you manage, and in turn supporting our free-to-access mental health and wellbeing support, helping us reach more people.
