‘Thank you, feeling more confident and aware of how I can create boundaried spaces for people in and out of work.’

The Transforming Trauma National Training Framework sets out 4 levels of training for different parts of the workforce.

This training sits at the Trauma Enhanced Level, which describes the knowledge required by workers who have more regular and intense contact with individuals who are known to be affected by traumatic events, and who provide specific supports or interventions and/or who direct or manage services.

This level is likely to be relevant to the range of services and organisations that deliver services to users or clients who may be survivors of trauma, and include third sector, mental health and social care settings.

Health in Mind trainings are knowledge-based and give participants time to explore their understanding through discussion and reflection on their practice.

Our trainers are experienced practitioners in the field of social care, mental health, support work and counselling.  Our training is aimed at workers in these or associated fields.
