Wellbeing poetry collection on the theme ‘Keep Learning’.

We’re thrilled to announce our third poetry book in our 5 ways to wellbeing collection has officially launched on the theme of ‘Keep Learning’. This is the third in a series of five – each one based on one of the 5 ways to wellbeing.

Previous themes ‘Take Notice‘ (2022) and ‘Connect‘ (2021) were great successes, and we hope to continue inspiring and uplifting our community through the power of poetry.

The act of learning and trying new things can have a powerful impact on our mental health and wellbeing, helping to boost our self-confidence and inspire creativity.

Thank you to everyone who shared a poem and connected with us and congratulations to the Poets whose work features in this collection. The book also features beautiful illustrations by a talented local artist.
