A Safe Space with Peers
The Anxiety and Depression Peer Support Group in West Lothian, facilitated by volunteers, offers a safe, supportive space for adults 18+ with mild to moderate mental health issues to share their experiences with one another.
The group supports individuals living in West Lothian to:
- Feel safe
- Feel heard
- Be able to self-manage mental health and wellbeing
- Have an increased knowledge of local services and groups as well as how to access them
The group meets every second Wednesday of the month from 7.30 pm – 8.30 pm, online using Zoom.
You can self-refer or be referred by someone else. Once we hear from you, we will contact you to let you know more about the service and to make sure it’s the right service for you.
