Are you living with depression, low mood, stress or anxiety and looking to explore positive ways of coping?

Our Anxiety and Depression Support Groups are friendly peer-led support groups that offers the opportunity for confidential local support, contact with others in a similar situation and the opportunity for you to explore positive ways of coping with depression and anxiety. We host groups both online and in person. Both groups are offered on a drop-in basis, and you no longer have to pre-register to join. 

In Person Groups

The room can only hold 12 people maximum and there may not be spaces available if more than 10 people arrive.

Augustine United Church, 41 George IV Bridge, Edinburgh, EH1 1EL

The group will be held in Mull Room which is down the stairs/lift. Please press the Mull Room on the entry buzzer outside the church entrance. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early as the facilitators need time to get set up.
