Are you living with depression, low mood, stress or anxiety and looking to explore positive ways of coping?

Our Anxiety and Depression Support Groups are friendly peer-led support groups that offers the opportunity for confidential local support, contact with others in a similar situation and the opportunity for you to explore positive ways of coping with depression and anxiety.

We host groups both online and in person. For both online and in person groups, please pre-register to attend by 3pm on the day of the meeting you would like to attend at the latest. We encourage you to try and book earlier than this for in person meetings as they can get booked up.

Unfortunately, due to ongoing scheduling issues we will be continuing to run a reduced service through until the end of the year. However, please do check this page as further dates might be added. 

Please note that all in person groups are now held at the Augustine United Church (41 George IV Bridge).

In Person Groups

The number of people who can attend each meeting is 10 plus the 2 facilitators. The person groups can book up before the day of the group – we advise to book in advance if possible. You will only be able to book one session at a time. You will be sent a confirmation email on the day of the meeting and will need to complete a short form in that email in order to confirm your spot.
