Peer Connecting in Midlothian offers individual and group support for people over 18 who live in Midlothian and who are looking to improve or manage their mental health and wellbeing.
Our peer support brings together people with shared experiences of a particular mental health and wellbeing difficulties, isolation and loneliness, barriers in connecting with others and community, or similar personal interests and cultural background.
We provide a space where people feel accepted, understood and supported and where everyone’s experiences are being treated as equally important.
You can self-refer or be referred by someone else. Once we hear from you, we will contact you to let you know more about the service and to make sure it’s the right service for you.
