Does your work get involved in fundraising? Do they nominate a charity of the year, or hold a big yearly event through commitments to their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) policies? Or maybe your team would like to take on a challenge?
Companies support us in lots of different ways, from groups taking on the 7 Peaks Challenge and skydiving, to one-off events like Blue Cake Day and golf tournaments.
Fundraising at work is a great way to build relationships within your team, connect with colleagues, and do some good at the same time. It’s also an excellent way to raise awareness for mental health and raise money to support your local community.
We can put up information stalls or hold a session for colleagues. Don’t forget, lots of companies will match funds you raise for charity, so it’s always worth asking!
We’re there for over 4,000 people every year – you can help us reach even more.

Blue Cake Day
A Blue Cake Day is the perfect way to start the conversation and reduce stigma around mental health. Invite colleagues to bring in their cakes along, and spend some time connecting over a cuppa and blue bake!
